After nearly 30 years in the restaurant business, Jean Morin never lost his taste for creating. That passion for cooking and great sauces is what gave birth to LÀ!LÀ!, backed by 30 years of expertise.

What still drives him today? Giving people around here the chance to recreate, at home, the taste of a real restaurant poutine — made with the same rigour and attention to detail as back when he ran the kitchen.
