Powdered sauce mix pouch — 400 g

A homemade poutine sauce you prepare yourself with cold water, to recreate in just a few minutes the taste of a real restaurant poutine sauce.

Yield: 1 litre — 4 cups (32 oz)

Ingredients

  • 100 g — 1/2 cup (4 oz) LÀ!LÀ! sauce mix
  • 1 L / 1000 ml — 4 cups (32 oz) cold water

Instructions

  1. Whisk the powder into part of the cold water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the rest of the cold water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Serve generously over hot fries and cheese curds.
